Ashley Melnick, Miss Southlake 2008 is a graduate of Southlake Carroll High School who spent much of her early years in the North East.

Roger Knapp leased 900 square feet at Suite 900 for a storage building. John Cambora leased 1,600 square feet at Suite 401 for a cabinet shop. Ronald Weinart leased 1,500 square feet for a bathroom-fixture distribution business at Suite 107. Joe Carter leased 2,000 square feet at Suite 301 for a spray-on truck-liner business.

Stonehenge Equity Partners purchased 2.22 acres to develop flex office/retail and warehouse space. The company plans two 12,150-square-feet buildings and two 14,175-square-foot buildings. The company plans to start construction in June and is pre-leasing now. K.B. Alexander Co. will be the general contractor; GSBS Architects in North Richland Hills and Ed Kellie PE and Associates of Keller are the civil engineers. Lease rates will start at $9 per square foot.
